Since we are listed as a Colorado Natural Area, while hiking you
may see deer, coyotes, rabbits and even wild turkeys. Our ranch has an old stagecoach road and an old hand-hewn log cabin built by Wild Bill McKinney who rode with Quantrill’s Raiders and is well-known to history buffs. Here you really are “Out West.”
Indian Springs Ranch is located between
Penrose and Cañon City on Highway 67.
Turn north on 67 just west of the Fremont
County Airport. The entrance is four miles
north of the turnoff and the campground is
another 1¼miles west on the ranch road.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded
place to camp free from the stresses of
everyday life, come spend a weekend with us
or longer!
Come Relax and Enjoy!
