Dinosaur Depot Museum
Dinosaur Depot Museum is a gem of a museum right on US Hwy 50 at 4th Street in Cañon City, next to the Royal Gorge Railway depot. This museum is GREAT for kids and any budding paleontologists. Exhibits include the world’s most complete stegosaurus skeleton (found in the area). Check out the working dinosaur bones preparation lab. And cool dino toys and souvenirs.
